My purpose with this blog is to bring together the three aspects of a healthy lifestyle; nutritional, physical, and mental.
These 3 basic categories encompass very large and extensive areas. I will bring together many expert's writings and advice in these areas to assist you in creating a better, more healthy lifestyle. Leaving one or ignoring one of the categories always produces an imbalance in one's life. Or over emphasizing one of the categories also produces imbalances.
This first short posting from me will include my philosophy of the 3 categories:
